Official Contest Rules
Effective  10/10/2012

1. All applicable standard contest rules apply, supplemented and or superseded by the following. No purchase necessary. This contest is played on Fox 103.1

2. Only one (1) cash prize will be awarded per name address or household.  Previous cash winners of any High-Low Game played on Fox 103.1 WJGK within the past two years are ineligible to win. The Fox High-Low Game is open only to legal residents of N.Y, N.J., and PA within the listening area of WJGK, or WGNY-FM HD-3 .

3. At the beginning of each game, the station will determine an amount of money to be placed in the Fox High-Low Jackpot. The amount of money will be between One Dollar ($1.00) and Five Thousand Dollars ($5000.00).  Between October 15, 2012 and December 7, 2012, or until the conclusion of the High-Low Game closest to December 7, 2012, the official High-Low Game sounder will be aired at random times Monday-Saturday between the hours of 6AM and 5PM.  The tenth (10th) caller to our official Studio Line 866-887-4FOX (4369) will have an opportunity to play.  To play you MUST be a Fox Listener Club Member with a Fox Listener Club ID.  Only calls to our official Studio Line will be allowed to play.  Registration for the Fox Listener Club and requests for Listener Club ID Numbers are complated at http://www.foxradio.net

4. Once the qualified caller is identified, the game will be played, live on the air or recorded, for playback to be aired as soon as programming permits. During the contest a brief review of the contest rules will be recited, and the caller will be asked if they understand how to play. Once the caller verifies understanding of the rules, the caller will be asked to guess the amount of money in the High-Low Jackpot.  The callers guess will be repeated by the contest host and the caller asked for verification that the guess was understood correctly.  Once we have verification that the guess was properly identified by the station, the caller will be informed if the guess in relation to the Jackpot was Too High, Too Low or was correct.

6. If the caller correctly guesses the amount of money in the Jackpot, the caller will receive the Jackpot amount, as the winner of that game.  The Jackpot will be reloaded and a new game will begin at the discresion of the station.  If the Jackpot is not guessed, that game will continue.  Prize is non-transferable. Prize will be awarded in the form of a check.

7. Winners must appear in person with a legal form of photo ID to claim their prize at the  FOX 103.1 WJGK business offices located at; 661 Little Britain Road, New Windsor, NY 12553-6150, during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm). The information in the legal photo ID presented MUST match the information in the Fox Listener Club Membership information.  Winners are responsible for all taxes and for any expenses not specified related to their participation in the High-Low Game and the acceptance and use of a prize.  

8. The management of Fox Radio reserves the right to disqualify contestants who do not adhere to these rules.
