A number of listeners have asked why we require the information we do when joining the Fox Listener Club and we want you to know.

1.  The Information we request is the exact information we  require when you ENTER or WIN a contest. (Think Back to the day's of Entry Blanks dropped in a box)  This would always include your Name, Address, Daytime Phone Number, and an an email address.  All other information is OPTIONAL.  Since we use the information you provide us it helps us keep contesting fair for all our listeners  You couldn't  win a contest and then refuse to tell us your name and address if you want to collect the prize.

2.  When you sign up for the Listener Club we VERIFY your email address by sending you an email with a link that will activate your account.  This link lets us VERIFY your email address.  Some people enter invalid email addresses without realizing that when email is sent to invalid addresses, the sending address can become marked as a "spammer" and email can be blocked.   At FoxRadio we want to protect your information, as well as protecting our domain from being marked as a spammer.
